This hotel offers excellent value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The staff are attentive and friendly, providing great service throughout my stay. The central air-conditioning system in the rooms was a nice touch, allowing me to adjust the temperature to my liking. The location right beside the Kayabasho station, which connects two metro lines, made it incredibly convenient to explore the city.
No major issues, everything was more than satisfactory.

The hotel's location near train stations is fantastic, with both subway and JR stations within walking distance. It's also conveniently close to Tokyo station, making it easy to access. The staff were helpful and made an effort to assist despite their limited English skills. The hotel's cleanliness and comfortable rooms were excellent, with all necessary amenities provided.

We had a great stay at Smile Hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the subway station. The room wassuper clean and cozy, with free wifi. The staff were friendly and helpful, even providing a power socket adapter for free. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay.
